About the Course
This workshop has been developed in partnership with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations to embed cultural safety and ensure that learning reflects Aboriginal ways of supporting individuals, families, and communities. It introduces the fundamentals of contemporary, strengths-based, and person-centred case management, with a focus on practical skills for engaging, assessing, planning, and working collaboratively with others.
